You are invited to come to Christ Church on Sunday 7th September when our service will be led by Rev David Nash.
The readings are from Philemon 1:1-21 and Luke 14:25-33.

The Wednesday morning Drop-in 3rd September
The Wednesday morning Drop-In meets at church between 10:00 and 11:30 am.
Refreshments will be available.
The drop-in is also available online via our Facebook group, for those who wish to meet remotely.
Under 5s
Under 5s will restart on Thursday 11th Sept; they meet from 10:00 to 11:30 am in the church hall. (Term time only)
Coffee and Cake at Christ Church 20th September 2025
Our next coffee and cake morning will be on 20th September. Come along for a pleasant morning and a chat over a cup of coffee and some cake, between 9.30 and 11.30 am.
Tree Cathedral Service – Sunday 21st September
This will be an open-air service led by the Partnership at the Tree Cathedral, Newlands, at 4 pm. Bring a chair!
Licensing service for Rev Peterson Feital – Tuesday 23rd September
Rev Peterson Feital is our new House for Duty minister in the Partnership; he will be licensed at St James, New Bradwell at 7 pm.
Christ Church 50th anniversary – 27th September
We will celebrate our 50th birthday with an open event on 27th September, from 11 am to 3 pm, with lunch provided from 12 noon. We will also be able to see our new artwork, ‘Lunch with the Lord’, provided from the legacies of Rosemary Forth and Ruth Walker-Singh. All are welcome.
